I am sure you are all aware that I haven't blogged in some time now and I apologize. I have titled this blog 'market conditions' and that is exactly my exuse for not blogging sooner. Although there isn't any excuse. I enjoy blogging and keeping everyone informed so I will try not to let it happen again. In any case, the market has definately seen an increase in activity as Bruce and I have been quite busy. Definately not complaining and will always welcome more business but I wanted to be sure and blog for those of you who may be considering to list your home.
