On another note. Our open house at 288 Southgate went very well both Saturday and Sunday. Really could not have had a better weekend for it. With the helium balloons, water bottles with our personal stickers attached and beautiful brochures we had comment after comment about how well we looked after our clients. The home itself is gorgeous and should sell itself but Bruce and I were pleased to hear from the people who attended that they thought we were taking very good care of our clients...because that is the business we are in.
