My experience with Bruce Patterson & Angela Cowan has been nothing but positive. As a first- time home buyer I was full of questions and wasn’t really sure about which area I wanted to live in. I was also working with a limited budget. Angela and Bruce took my budget into consideration along with my wants and needs in order to try to find me the perfect house.
They were always willing to answer my questions and quickly responded to my phone calls and emails. Any house I was interested in, they would quickly get back to me with information. I found this extremely helpful as good houses seemed to move very quickly. They were willing to work around my schedule -- and as a person that works shift work, this was very important to me. They weren’t restricted to 9-5, Monday to Friday. They usually met me during the evenings or on weekends.
When looking for a house they gave their honest opinions and never tried to push me into something in order to get a commission. I would highly recommend Bruce Patterson & Angela Cowan to anyone looking to buy a house or sell one.
